World Bank and Business Cards

Daniel represented the team at a World Bank conference with SMV Wheels this weekend, and coinciding with printing business cards, we were able to hand them out to let people about our rickshaws. We had a good response as other companies seemed quite interested. One even proposed to collaborate with us! // 29/10/13

The report has finished, and we are onto the brainstorming and prototyping. Daniel is roleplaying on the rickshaw, and I am sure that everyone is just as entertained we were when we walked out onto the balcony and saw him standing there. // 27/10/13

Let's Celebrate!

The report has finished, and we celebrated by going out to dinner at the Lotus Lounge. If anyone is in Varanasi we highly recommend it. // 25/10/13

We are approaching the one month mark in Varanasi, and the team is settling in well to Indian life. The report writing has begun, and fundraising is going along steadily. Today the team have tried out a rickshaw on the road, indian style. It was tricky to navigate, and has given us a lot of perspective into a typical ride for a rickshaw driver // 19/09/13

Work has begun here at TU Delft. We are heading to India in 3 days, and we are hard at work finding out about rickshaws, preparing our donations page, and creating a video about our trip. We are all excited, and nervous at the same time. India is different to anything I think we could imagine, but we are looking forward to the trip all the same. // 12/09/13
